Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Coalitionary website (the "Site") or the Coalitionary platform (the "Service") operated by Coalitionary LLC ("Coalitionary," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our team. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You may not:

Access to and use of the Coalitionary platform is governed by a separate subscription agreement between Coalitionary and the subscribing campaign or organization. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of platform access, features, pricing, or availability. Platform features and pricing are subject to change.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data visualizations, and software — is the property of Coalitionary LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-party marks referenced on this Site (including DNC and VAN trademarks) remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party product, service, or organization does not imply endorsement by Coalitionary or affiliation beyond what is expressly stated.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coalitionary does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coalitionary LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
