Privacy Policy
Effective May 7, 2026
Coalitionary LLC ("Coalitionary," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the Coalitionary platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, campaign or organization name, race type, state, timeline, and any message you include.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form for bot protection; Cloudflare may process limited technical signals (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish humans from automated requests. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
We do not use third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or session-recording tools on this website.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and determine whether Coalitionary is a good fit for your campaign.
- To deliver contact form submissions to our team via Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES).
- To protect the integrity of our contact form through Cloudflare's bot-detection service.
- To comply with legal obligations if required.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry and operating this website.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this site:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) — used to deliver contact form emails to our team. AWS processes your submission data solely to transmit the message.
- Cloudflare — used for bot protection on our contact form. Cloudflare processes limited technical data to verify that form submissions are human-initiated.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Coalitionary or others.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. If you would like your information removed, contact us using our contact form and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last revised. Continued use of this site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
